Payment is strictly due within 7 days from the date of the invoice.
Invoices unpaid after 7 days may incur a late payment fee of 1.5% per month (or part thereof) on the outstanding balance.

By accepting the services or making any payment, the client confirms that the work has been completed to their satisfaction.

My Handy Geek provides minor repairs, maintenance, and IT support services.
Handyman services are limited to work valued at $3,300 or less (including materials and GST) and do not include licensed trades such as electrical, plumbing, gas fitting, or structural work.
IT services are provided on a best-effort basis. Data backup and cybersecurity are the client’s responsibility unless specifically agreed in writing.

All quotes are valid for 30 days. Any additional work or variations requested after the quote is accepted will be charged at the standard hourly rate or as agreed in writing.

Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted amount.

All materials supplied by My Handy Geek remain the property of My Handy Geek until full payment is received. Client-supplied materials are used at the client’s risk.

Handyman services: 90 days labour warranty on workmanship (excluding materials).
IT services: 30 days warranty on configuration and setup. Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, third-party interference, or normal wear and tear.

My Handy Geek’s liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of data, business interruption, or revenue.

We collect personal information solely for the purpose of providing services and invoicing. Your information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
